Hi everyone, I have an SMP with my friends and we decided it was time to completely restart. I pressed the reset button and waited but it did not work. We tried a few times and tried everything we could think of. I deleted all the files and backups and then pressed reset and restart etc. When I tried to login later that day, I started up the world on the website and it would activate but still say that it was downloading. When I tried to join in Minecraft it said I couldn't so I left it to download for a while. I came back hours later to find it still "downloading" so I refreshed the tab, restarted tried to repair the files and reset the server again but it was all ineffective. I have paid for a plan and would not like to lose it if at all possible can someone help me please?
