The plugin that you provided is from an older version of Minecraft. Currently, Minehut servers run on 1.16.3 & plugins of that age won't be compatible with newer versions.

Hey! We do not currently support version alternation. But, if you install a plugin such as ProtocolSupport it will allow earlier Minecraft versions to join your server. Although, I do not believe this will fix compatibility issues with old maps.
