Pretty sure this was a glitch that was happening mainly yesterday, try again today and see if it works. else, try using a different browser.

Besides buying ranks, you can't really "donate" anything to other users unfortunately. I suppose if you could then there would probably be a lot of scams going around.

Unfortunately if you did not save a backup of your world by using /dl world (world name) then there's nothing we can do.

Unfortunately with the launch of 1.16 some plugins have broke. There's nothing we can do about this besides wait for the developer of the plugins to update their plugin to make it compatible with 1.16.

It's the little trash can button, however you can also run the command /del world world_nether as an alternative way, then restart your server

here's a tutorial that may help you out, make sure you follow it step by step

Make sure your server is 100% online, if you still can't join even when it displays Online on the panel I recommend you check logs to try to find any issues that may be occurring. How to check logs: Click on the File Manager button at the upper right side of your screen on the panel. - Click on the folder called Logs - Click on the file called latest.log From here, you'll be able to view all activity that is happening on your server. If you still can't find out any issues then I recommend you contact support. Thanks.

Right now 1.16.1 is being tested on the dev server, currently we're waiting for plugins to be updated, as well as making sure that the build is stable. There's no ETA as when it will come out, but I can assure you it will probably be some time this week or next week.
