That is because the world isn't loaded. You can load it with multiverse or with /world ul_gladiators

While I do get annoyed when I see servers with decent skript that use plugins like EssentialsSpawn, it's their server, and can do what they want. Also, many people do not know of skript, and many servers will shut down, as the plugins they use are removed.

Honestly, I suggest just waiting a while before updates. Many players use Forge, LabyMod, OptiFine(the client), etc, and don't have updates, so the player will need to either switch to vanilla, only play servers with Protocol support, ViaBackwards(or viarewind), or wait till the client gets an update.

You have to loop it every 30 ticks. IDK why, but that's just how it works

Sorry about the delay in the UHC skript. I took off more than I could chew, and it might take a long time to do. However, I have found a problem. Currently, the only way that I know of to create a new world is to use multiverse, which is extremely laggy for creating new world's. I might try to make a custom world gen thing, but that will take a long time.
