When you die you become a ghost instead for 1 minute and you can't chat

So i want it in my city rp server were you die and you become a ghost for 1 minute, this concept has been around for 1 month and i also want that the character drops a head too when they die, so just please consider helping

So this happend when skripting my server then suddenly when i go to plugins to search for more plugins it says "Service Not Found" it left me confused and both scared at the same time, so can somebody please try to help me?

bruh it happend to me a lot of times and i cant even enter my server but when i reset the server and join it works
