I've been trying to make diseases more realistic in my own survival server like adding more diseases but the thing is i cant modify disease plugin because when i try to it doesnt work or it just corrupts making me reinstall the plugin again it might be hard but its just to make it realistic enough

My server will be like Cyberpunk 2077 and GTA 5 like style, custom guns, duels and most jobs in gta online the thing is i have to make the map unique meaning no map downloads just build it myself and also unlike any city rp server there will be npcs around the city like normal strangers (some you can interact some you cant) but i dont know how to put AI in npcs because its really hard to do and if your gonna stop reading this, there is also normal jobs like police and smth with gta online like jobs
