I am the co owner of a minehut server. The owner, @ECMB_Gaming, gave me the credentials to the server's control panel. I was able to log in right away. The next day or two I try to go back into the control panel but I was logged out. I tried to log back in with the same email and password, but kept getting the following answer:
I find it strange because I know I typed everything right (I check the password with the reveal pass thingy thats provided). We have both contacted support and it has not helped us. The owner has reset the password as told by support, but I keep getting this error

This is a simple skript that shows how many players are online and a list of online staff.
It's my first ever skript lol. I made it because I disliked the default Essentials player list.
Please do not claim this as your own

Me and @ECMB_Gaming are owners of a server. We currently have one gamemode which is Survival. We have two worlds, surival world and spawn/hub whatever world (excluding nether and end). Going through a Survival nether portal brings you to the Spawn worlds nether. Is this an issue with multiverse? I have an example of what happens:

First of all, Minehut needs to fix their stuff, but we already know this.
Secondly, ever since minehut came off of maintenance a few days ago, mine and other servers have been acting up. Yesterday I was kicked from my server with this message:
I kept rejoining, but I was sent to the lobby with that message. I checked the dashboard to see if it was online, and it was. So I stopped it. Ever since then, it has been marked as "offline".
One thing that's strange to me is that one, it won't hibernate, two, our Vixio bot is online... The bot thing is weird because if it's offline, the server is off. If it is online, then the servers on. But thats not the case here.
Today, a friend and I attempted to log on the same server. The dashboard still said it was offline. But instead of getting kicked, we were sent to this random server we've never seen before. (as i am typing this, that server we were sent to just kicked us:
what the hell)
We are scared that our progress and skripts have been lost. The file manager thing wont load, it won't force hibernate, and a bunch of other stuff.
