So i updated my server from 1.16 to 1.17.1. but the glass wont connect. Also i cant copy paste stairs without it going in a different directions

So, i have the image on map plugin. But it wont let me create new maps and the maps i have already placed don't show up. Anyone know how to fix it?

How many times do i have to execute the command? and how do i know when i'm safe to join my server?

It lets me join but it wont let me type commands then clicks me off the command is not working what else do i do?

Someone spawned a item that crashed my server. and i can't join it how do i fix it?
