I can't select the right forum when choosing a topic, some are greyed out

I know this belongs in the appeals forum, but for some reason I couldn't choose that when selecting the right topic. Anyway, I've got two servers and was just going to invite my friends to play on one of them. The first thing I saw when I tried to connect was a ban for roughly 110 years. I believe this is some sort of mistake, and an unban would greatly be appreciated!
