To my knowledge, there are currently no Addons for Fabric servers. Because there may be a development cost to support Addons for Fabric, I have suggested several mods down below which show the effort will be worth it. Unmodified Fabric is a poor option when compared to more performant server software, such as Paper. Paper and other servers also have many plugins which are essential for server management. However, there are mods for Fabric which can provide performance optimizations and improved server management. Lithium for 1.18.1 is a performance boosting mod with many optimizations which have little to no effect on game mechanics. Lithium allows Fabric to run with performance closer to that of Paper. Note that Minehut is currently on Fabric 1.18.0 and would need to update to 1.18.1 (which is available) for Lithium to work. Ledger for 1.18 is a action logger similar to CoreProtect. Logging tools such as Ledger are essential for identifying griefers in SMP and other servers where players are allowed to build freely. Note that Ledger requires Fabric Language Kotlin for 1.18 to work properly. Carpet for 1.18 is a mod which provides many settings and tools to tweak the game, manage performance, automate players, and much more. Carpet also includes a scripting language, Scarpet, which allows the creation of custom scripts, similar to Skript. Carpet has been suggested recently, but I have included it here for completeness. Phosphor for 1.17.x is a light engine optimization which reduces the time spent generating chunks. Phosphor does not yet support 1.18, but I have included it here for completeness. With these mods, Fabric could become comparable to Paper, even if there are fewer available Addons. Adding the mods will especially help new users who wish to use Fabric and are unaware of tools like Lithium and Ledger.
