  1. Hello, an update to FastAsyncVoxelSniper came out 2 months ago with the following changelog:

    Quote

    Fixes:

    - Some recent changes within Fawe causing Favs builds older than 1.0.4 to no longer work. This version will make it work again.

The plugin's brushes appear that they do not work whatsoever with the version of FastAsyncWorldEdit on Minehut. This is a serious issue for builders that depend on VoxelSniper and it should be updated ASAP. Currently Minehut is using v1.0.3 and 1.0.4 is the latest version.

  2. Hello, I am trying to use FastAsyncVoxelSniper with FAWE and I cannot get the gunpowder brush to work for some reason. The brush commands I did were /b over d1, /v stone, and /b 10 while holding the gunpowder, and nothing happens when I right or left click.

I am almost certain I have been able to do this before, but now it just does not work. Would anyone be able to help me through getting this to work again? I am using Paper 1.16.5 with just the two plugins installed.

No not yet. Minehut usually runs on Paper Spigot, a fork of Spigot, but Spigot released last night so they may just update to that instead later today.

I sure hope that they don't force spigot 1.17 on servers yet, especially considering how many plugins haven't updated yet.

  4. Hello, I intend on using MongoSk to my server soon as a way of backing up/syncing my Skript player data. However, it looks like Minehut is still using a version that is no longer being supported by the plugin developers. If this plugin could get updated to the latest version, that would be great!

Have you tried the /paper fixlight command? This is built-in to the server and doesn't require any additional plugins. You just need to stand where the lighting error is and run it.

I actually wasn't aware that was a command! Ran the command and it seemed to fix it. However, I still think it wouldn't hurt to add the plugin for those who want the extra benefits it provides. It would save the hassle of even looking for lighting issues after doing FAWE edits and manually running the command to fix them.

    Why should this be added?

Currently, there is no way of easily fixing lighting issues that are likely to happen from making changes to blocks with WorldEdit or just from vanilla gameplay. Every light source that is not working or should not exist has to be manually updated by replacing the block or placing blocks near it, which can be near impossibly for loading or moving large WorldEdit schematics. This plugin is up-to-date, allows for multiple ways of easily fixing lighting issues, and can automatically apply lighting fixes to FAWE edits.

The one other method that existed was using skLib's relight expression, but that add-on is no longer maintained and this is the best option. I see no reason as to why this should not be added to Minehut.

  7. Servers are automatically updated once Minehut supports that newer version. You wouldn't be able to get the server running on 1.16.3, but you could add client support for that version by adding ViaBackwards or ProtocolSupport. Keep in mind these plugins may break newer features on your server!

I don't really know what you were expecting, really. You have an anarchy server with hacks allowed and are complaining about people hacking on your server. Either you create and enforce rules with the help of an anticheat plugin or you let them be.

  9. Hello,

I have been experiencing an issue where the modules I install for PlaceholderAPI get cleared once the server goes into hibernation and wakes up from it. I downloaded the player and LuckPerms modules, with the server module already being installed, and all I come back with is the server module. The actual .jar files for the modules do not exist after hibernation and PAPI says this on startup:

[22:14:15] [Server thread/INFO]: [PlaceholderAPI] Placeholder expansion registration initializing...
[22:14:15] [Server thread/INFO]: No expansions were registered!

Does anyone know why this happens and how I could make it so the modules stay after the server hibernates?

Edit: I ended up making a script that attempts to download the modules and reload to apply them on startup, which is able to act as a "band-aid" fix. However, I doubt I'm the first person to experience this issue and I would like to know how this could be properly fixed.

Next time when suggesting plugins to be added or updated, leave a link to them.

    Matrix https://matrix.rip/

    TAB https://www.spigotmc.org/resources/tab-1-5-x-1-16-4.57806/

    Holographic Display https://dev.bukkit.org/projects/holographic-displays
The version of Holographic Display on Minehut is 2.4.4 and the latest version is also 2.4.4. So the plugin devs need to update it before it can be updated on Minehut.

Holographic Displays currently has development builds on their Jenkins page (https://ci.codemc.io/job/filoghost/job/HolographicDisplays/), which could be used in the meantime. Build #160 and beyond support 1.16.4.

Edit: Build #161 adds HEX color code support, so might as well go with the latest build whenever the plugin gets updated on Minehut.

  11. Don't they already allow for both of those things you asked for? You can add a link to your custom server resource pack in the settings tab and you can upload files in the file manager for your datapacks.

Like TheGoose said, if you need to make something that a listed plugin doesn't offer, just make it yourself using Skript and its addons. May not be as good as uploading custom plugins, but it's the closest thing to it.

We cant view that unless we are in discord with perms to see it, just send the plugin download link please.

It's a premium plugin, so I'm not allowed to just distribute a copy of it for free. Whoever updates the plugins for Minehut servers needs to join their Discord and get access to the updated dev build.
