im trying to get my 1.18 survival world to the server so i cant change it to 1.17.1

i open my server normaly. Console say that everything is OK? when i try to connect to the server it says server unable to connect to server. Try again later. My server is: 1.18 java and fabric it worked before i uploaded my world to the server files Please help !?!? Edit: i deleted the world file and still does not work
