what plugins do you have? also you have to wait till the server is FULLY online check in console when it says "Done" then try to join the server overloading the server with lag machines, viruses, plugins, skripts etc can all lag the server poor skripting can also lead to this

Addons tab plugins: search for the plugin, then click "remove" Uploaded plugins: Go to the file manager, click "plugins", then select the desired plugin that you want to delete, then at the bottom click the trash can. Delete the jar file and the folder that goes along with it.
