This feature can't be added because you could overrite the spigot.yml to avoid slot limit etc.
They may add a fix for that to make it possible in the future.
A possible fix could be because the server needs to be restarted to apply changes in the spigot.yml file minehut could automatically replace the spigot.yml on every startup with the one they want us to use.
Okai sorry to bother I checked all BentoBox addons and seems like several aren't really working:
BentoBox [working]
AcidIsland [working]
Level [working] ♥
Challenges [working] ♥
Likes [working] ♥
Limits [working] ♥
Warps [working] ♥
BSkyBlock [not working]
SkyGrid [not working]
IslandBorder* [not working]
* Not a direct addon of BentoBox more of BSkyBlock and I think it's not working due to BSkyBlock not working
♥ Can only be really tested with a gamemode addon working (I think only BSkyBlock uses most of them)
Logs: https://pastebin.com/qjtrWwwu
Install:
Uninstalled all addons and BentoBox
Restarted the server
Installed all addons and BentoBox
Restarted again
Worldguard has such a feature with the flag time-lock.
To use it just type:
/rg flag <regioname> time-lock <time in ticks>
Time of day in ticks (between 0 and 24000) that players will see the world as while in the region. Use + or - for time relative to the world time. [Link to worldguard flag wiki]
Please provide a link to a plugin so the admins have an easier time adding them to minehut.
As far as I understand your request tho it seems like you're wishing for a mod to be added. Mods are currently not supported and might won't be for a while.
Sorry for *bumping* this but maybe this ups the chances of it getting added with the next plugin wave.
I also tested the compatibility with 1.16.5 and it works on the newest paper build paper-1.16.5-500.
So I saw that the BentoBox addon BSkyblock has been updated sadly this still didn't fix the issue with it not working.
I uninstalled it and reinstalled in case that was needed for it to update but seems like the plugin version wasn't the cause of the error.
If anyone has an idea how it could be fixed hit me up!

Wdym server version? You can't change it manually so it's the minehuts default of 1.16.5 I think.
You can install ViaVersion + ViaBackwards tho to allow older versions to play on your server.
I'd recommend using LWC for that it already has a ton of features so you can lock furnaces, hoppers, chests, doors etc. either just lock/unlock them for certain players or choose a password they need to put in to open it.
I'm unsure if it counts the same for EssentialsX but in the older Essentials there was a permission called essentials.build which players needed in order to break/build stuff.
I assume only the player actually mentioned should see it right?
on chat:
cancel event
set {_m} to message
loop all players:
if message contains "%loop-player%":
replace "%loop-player%" in {_m} with "&3*%loop-player%*"
send "%player's prefix% &7%player% &f> %{_m}%" to loop-player
else:
send "%player's prefix% &7%player% &f> %{_m}%" to loop-player
Uhm give this a shot
on chat:
loop all players:
if message contains "%loop-player%":
play "entity.firework_rocket.blast" to loop-player
exit
I think this should work if not hit me up again
You can use the dashboard to unban your IP via the server command panel. If you don't know your IP you can go into the file manager and scroll down to banned-ips.json and delete your entry there and restart the server.
You could also give it a try to just unban your nickname I'm unsure tho if that lifts an IP-ban.
Pretty sure the plugin you're looking for is called Essentials it will give you alot of other stuff aswell like /tpa, /gm, /sethome and more!
If you're feeling extra spicy you can try learning Skript and code it yourself!
Minehut will probably update as soon as it's out don't worry about that. The world is another thing tho you can keep your old world ofc but I'm unsure how minecraft handles chunks that have never been loaded before. It might use the 1.17 or the version the world was created in. But everything that has been loaded so far won't change I can tell you that.
