I also 100% agree with you that the staff aren't the most friendly and fair at times. They are trying their best, though. I respect the staff team and I believe that they do what they think is best for the community. If they muted you, it was probably for a good reason. If you don't think it was a good reason, you can always appeal by clicking on Forms, Submit a Report or Appeal, and Contact Support. They tend to respond within a day or two. The other option is to leave the community. Like Xarxu said, if you don't like the community, you don't have to stay. No one is forcing you to stay. Minehut is a business and as such, they don't lose a lot from a few people saying they don't like Minehut. I hope this helps.
