any one know how long it will take them?

now how do i add that to my Server?

So i'm trying to ban Diamonds,Electra,Gunpowder, and among other things. Reason is so my server can stay true to it's chosen era of time. I found very quickly there is not a single block banning plugin or command that I can accomplish this with. It would be really good if you can find a creator or someone that makes Block Bans. (And if it's already a thing, tell me, because i have searched for hours! )
