Why did you choose to apply for Blextroph?I feel like I want to help people appreciate the server and have fun, considering my toxicity, I have agreed to change, and I say a lot of change to be part of the staff team with this purpose. I feel like it will have a very strong positive impact on me and modify my attitude in a manner that would be strong and have a positive effect on the server. I wanted to prove myself and my moderating skills to the BlexTroph staff team, because if I get a second chance, I can prove to the staff team that I can comply and demonstrate my hard work and commitment.
Why would we accept you over other applicants? I believe you should choose me over other applicants for several reasons. First, I am super active, I can get on from 3-7 hours a day. Some people can barely get on. Second, I have tons of past experience in moderation. With past moderation I know how moderating works and what it takes to be a moderator. In addition I am super helpful, I can answer most questions to the best of my ability.
What are some of your strengths and weaknesses: One strength is keeping everything organized, and I don’t really have weaknesses
Do you have any past moderation/experience of staffing on any other server? Explain briefly what you’ve learned from these experiences: I used to discord moderate.
Have you ever been punished on Blextroph or any other server in the past? If so, why were you punished and what did you learn from that punishment? No

What are some of your hobbies, activities or past achievements you have outside of video games? I got school and coding discord bots.
Situational Questions
If a staff member is being biased towards a member, what would you do? I would try to make sure to report the abuse and report it to a higher up for further review.
When was a recent time you got into a disagreement with somebody? If you came to an agreement, how did you get there? If you didn’t, why didn’t you? Nothing recent.
If the server was being botted, what would you do? I would try to ban as many bots as I can and then call the owner to whitelist the server for a bit or take over.
Tell us about a recent mistake or a mistake you made in the past. What did you learn from that mistake and how did you deal with it? A mistake I made was sabotaging a teammate, we worked it out after.
If a staff member is abusing their powers, what would you do? I would record this and I will report it to a higher upS
If a staff members account is hacked, what would you do? I would first try to notify an owner and then try to remove his permissions if I have the power to.
For say, you were called out for cheating by a staff member. You were screenshared by him and you have proof to show that you weren’t cheating and he/she doesn’t listen and punishes you. What would you do? I would tell him if it feels safer for you to report me to a higher ranking go for it. Once there they may deal with it.
