This could be a plugin compatibility issue. You can remove all the plugins and start adding them back one by one to see which one is causing the issue. Also, this number of plugins can eat up your RAM if you are using a free server.

You can use the /worlds command to find your previous world.

Restart will stop and start your server up again, you can use this if you have made changes that need a restart to take affect. Reset will completely wipe your server and set it back to it's original default state.

To set up your server, follow these instructions: When you have logged into the dashboard you will see a button saying 'Activate server'. It should be a blue button in the center of your screen. Next type /region claim (name of region, make it up) (owner, so your minecraft username) (worldname). If this doesn't work I would recommend asking in the Plugins section under Suggestions.
