If you are the owner of the server, you are able to go into the server's console via your Minehut dashboard. From there can you please type in /gamerule randomTickSpeed 3 on your server's console. (Or you can try this command in-game again too.) This should put the tick speed back to how it normally should be. I also recommend restarting the server and trying again if you see that it hasn't worked the first time.

That is correct, you will need to be on your server to download your world. If you are having trouble joining your server you can send us your logs and we can try to help you find the error.

As long as you are on a premium version of Minecraft (as non-premium versions are not allowed on our service), then you can generally fix this error by completely logging out of Minecraft and logging back in using your Minecraft username and password. If that doesn't work you will need to contact Minecraft support.
