    Hi everyone,

    Please do not listen to rmather12 in the minehut discord.

    I was the one who created the map and rmather12 banned me from builder team so I rightfully took the map back. He also broke the Minecraft Eula because his server is paid to win. He is saying he built it but he never. I cant speak in the minehut discord because I need to wait 10 minutes to speak.

    I think that you should make a tutorial for players on how to do this on a video episode, I think this will help clear up some confusion some people may still have!

    Hi Nd_,

    Looks like its fixed now but you can do it in game also!

    First: do /mv config prefixchat false

    And thats you done, no need  to stop and start your server 🙂

    Server Won't Reset

    Hi FoxVelvett, 

    Try Stopping your server and Starting it again, if that doesn't work the MH Web Panel is currently slow atm, but the Minehut team is working on it.

    Server randomly reset

    Hey wolfpup13!

    Im not sure if your aware of the second Minehut hack a while ago where they couldnt restore servers.

    Or It could be when they updated from 1.13 to 1.14 where alot of servers had been reset.

    I recommend for future refrence you keep your own back up of your servers.

    Currently I do not believe there is a way to recover the server worlds/data you have losed.

    The Link for Downloading a World isn't Working

    Hi Print!

    I just tried the /DL WORLD  command and everything worked ok for me. Make sure that your puting the correct world name such as /dl world world  and then click on the link and click on download.

    If that does not work Im not sure what the problem is because its working for me, so just make sure that your using the command correctly "/dl world [world name]".

    Server visible but not accessible

    Hi Reblochon!

    Any chance you have Protocol Support installed?

    or you are on the correct version of MC?

     

    I believe before the update to 1.14 servers had been wiped (not sure, but my server was)

    So that might be the problem also.

     

    So just Double check that you are on the Correct version (Most up to date version of minecraft)

    Or Install ProtocolSupport on the MH Panel, restart your server, try to join.

    Plugins not working?

    When you install a Plugin on Minehut:

     

    You need to first: reload your server by,

    Stopping the server (save any work you have done by doing /save-all <-- you dont need to do that but I just do just in case)

    Start the server again (after you have applied the plugins)

    Join back.

    Hey Joronot!

    You can play on 1.13.2 by going to:

    Your Servers Panel. (on Minehut.com)

    Choose your server.

    Go to Plugins (on the left hand side)

    Search for, ProtocolSupport, ProtocolSupportLegacyChest, ProtocolSupportStuff

    Install.

    -Hopefully your problem is solved after a restart of your server, and you should be able to join.-
