This plugin reverses the damage done to terrain from creeper explosions and tnt explosions(which might be customize-able) It appears to be a little out of date but it seems the only issue it has is replacing shulker boxes (via comments). which i dont have an issue with. https://www.spigotmc.org/resources/creeperheal.13346/ I haven't seen anyone else suggest it (through search as well), so hopefully we could give it a try? (minehut definitely has some old plugins that partially still work, and some that doesn't work at all.)
