Basically as the title says my server restarted itself by itself to go like 40 minutes back and this sucks because in that time i did a lot of work and also got 2 wither skulls, also i dont know if everyone else was set back but they most likely were too, how could i fix this if there is a way and prevent it from happening again?

I am wondering if when i restart my world for like a different seed will the datapacks that were in the world get deleted?
