I tried that for about 5 minutes, but it still says 'Waiting for your server to start...'. And on the website it still says its offline. Any way this can change?

Please can someone help me. It says that my server is offline, so I have tried to repair my files (Didn't work) I have tried force shutting it down (Didn't work) I have tried everything. Can someone please help me? It just keeps saying offline.

Any parkour servers out there? I'm trying to find a specific one but I cant remember what it is. It's like PLParkour or something...
