Almost immediately go into hibernation

I am using skript, permX, essentialsX, vault but no errors.

Hi everyone, its my first post, so please excuse me if this is in the wrong section or anything I am writing an economy server, and almost everything is done, except the server randomly kicked me. The server randomly went offline and when I try to start the server it says starting for a while and then goes back into hibernation. What do I do? Note: If I am missing any important info please let me know and I will provide it.
