Minehut servers are hosted by Super league and is totally safe! Create you're own minehut server at https://minehut.com/ https stands for safe if you see a lock icon next to it it means the website is safe and probs has a SSL!

Yes you could do /minecraft:kill @e or you can install a clearlag plugin which automaticly deletes them

Yes warzone is currently the best PvP server to practise currently, i understand that most of them are trash because they dont put time into their server, Although my friend and me are making a fully custom skripted KitPvP server with lots of features and a practise area!

What you could do is contact a Staff member on forums for example Chillins or pandachan via the messager https://forums.minehut.com/messenger which is in the forums, i think i am unable to help any further with this. I hope you're friend can eventully play. Btw this probs isnt the case but is there any chance he is banned from minehut.com?
