    To generate a custom flat world, you need to go to your server settings, select flat world(or customized) in level type , and then paste this into generator settings: minecraft:bedrock,5*minecraft:stone,5*minecraft:dirt,5*minecraft:sand,90*minecraft:water;minecraft:deep_ocean;
