    Custom Discord Domain

    If you want your domain to re-direct you to the server's invitation link, do the following:

    -> Go to Cloudflare dashboard and navigate to DNS tab.
    -> Make a new record with Type as A, Name as discord, iPv4 as 1.1.1.1 and keep it Proxied.
    -> Now navigate to Rules tab and create a new page rule.
        • Type *discord.customdomain.com/ in the first field, of-course replace customdomain.com with your domain's respective name. (Keep in mind, the * isn't a typo)
        • Select Forwarding URL as the setting and set the status code to be 301 - Permanent Redirect.
        • Finally, set your Destination URL as Discord server's invitation link.
        • Click Save and Deploy.

    Now whenever someone visits discord.customdomain.com, they will be redirected to the invitation link.

    Seed isn't changing

    Hey, did you set your Level Name as the name of the world you just uploaded?

    This is possible but there are currently a lot of issues with having an ad-reward system, and it's now against the rules. If I were you, I'd think of it as a bad idea.

    Hey, this happens because world is your main level name.

    Your Minecraft Server will always generate a new world with that name if one is not found, and this will happen every time you delete it.

    If you would like to organize your worlds, please set your Level Name as the name of the world you want to keep and proceed to delete world. Also note that this will switch everyone's inventory, enderchest, etc. data.

    This is possible but there are currently a lot of issues with having an ad-reward system, and it's now against the rules. If I were you, I'd think of it as a bad idea.

    I just arrived, and for the most part want to have a little server with my friends and haven't gotten an answer to my question yet so maybe if people notice me I can get this dumb problem solved.

    Anyway, I use she and her to refer to myself, I'm Autistic, I like Skyrim, FO4, Portal 2, and I do lots of art. I may be getting my first job soon, and that's kind of exciting. I am not very good at meeting new people, but I figured I'd take a chance and see if I find anyone I like here.

    Server wont go online

    Can you send your logs?

    After the server goes back to offline, use the following to obtain logs:

    -> Navigate to File Manager tab.
    -> Go to /logs folder.
    -> Scroll down to the end.
    -> Open latest.log.
    -> Copy-paste the contents of this file over here.

    Hey, you can keep the server version as 1.16.5.
    You can play on the same server cross-platform.

    This is what you have to do:

    -> Connect to bedrock.minehut.com with port 19132.
    -> Type /join (server-name).

    Hey, there is a very high chance you changed your Level Name, and as soon as your server started after the name change, it generated an entirely new world.

    If that's the case, please try the following:

    -> Go to the Dashboard (https://minehut.com/dashboard) and click on Edit Server (or Activate if it is hibernating).
    -> Now navigate to Settings tab.
    -> Check the Level Name. If this is not 'world', change it to 'world' (without the singular quotes of-course).
    -> Click on Save and then Restart your server.
    -> Now join the server and you should have your original world again.

    Note: Minehut has a command called /worlds which allows you to see and teleport across worlds on your server.
    In-case you feel lost anytime, always make sure to type /worlds and try clicking on different names that appear.

    If this still doesn't fix the problem, make a ticket at https://minehut.com/support/ by clicking on the blue Contact Support button.

    They do disappear. Keep in mind, Bukkit servers work differently. They store player's data such as inventory, last location, potion effects, ender chest, etc. inside of the main world folder. Apparently, switching this causes a new world to freshly change everything.

    You most likely changed your server version from 1.17 to 1.16.5.
    Since 1.17 has more items than 1.16.5, Skript generated a new materials.json file with additional items, and now that you switched it to 1.16.5, it doesn't understand what the "extra items" are, in materials.json.

    The following stack trace shows this clearly:

    It couldn't load the extra items because the array size was limited to the number of items in 1.16.5, hence, throwing an exception, disabling the plugin.

    ive searched throught the entire config and its fine. so maybe something wrong with me setting up the bot?

     

    Hey, yes there is a high chance you might have made a small mistake while setting up this plugin.

    Over time, I've noticed people make common mistakes such as:

    -> Mistaking the application's Public Key or Client Secret as Token.
    -> Mistaking the Application as a Bot.
    And so on...
