every time i try to buy credit it says me that i cant in french (i am from qcb) here is the message: Le marchand ne peut pas accepter de paiements PayPal pour l'instant. Veuillez réessayer ultérieurement ou retourner sur le site du marchand et choisir un autre mode de paiement. thx for helping me
