hey, did you find a way to solve this? My server has the same problem and it has been like that for 2.5 hours now

i have tried to set mobspawning to true in the settings, i did gamerule domobspawning, difficulty easy, and i put the limit for mobs to 1000 in bukkit. how do i fix
