(e.g GMT+1) MST 5) What makes you different from other applicants? I am different from other applicants because I enjoy helping others and want to make the Minecraft community a better place. I am better working in groups. SERVER RELATED QUESTIONS: 5) How much time have you put into the server? I have put in about 1 hour so far, but it is a very new server. If you are asking how much time i will put it into the server, about 3 hours/day depending on time of year. 6) What made you wan't to apply? I wanted to apply to help out a fast growing community, and to help out others, The minehut community is nutoriuos for being infested with hackers, and I want to be part of the solution by ending it on Kristall. 7) Do you have any further relationships with staff members? I do not know any staff members particularly well. Do you have any prior staff experience? Yes, I run my own Kit-PvP server known as skysbloks, but i lost interest due to little player counts and it being hard to maintain a server. SCENARIOS: 9) Someone's reported for hacking but you aren't sure on spectating them, what do you do? I would ask them for a screen share, this is a great way to see if they are hacking or not. I am experienced with doing them on my own server. You go through their .minecraft and check their recently launched minecraft versions. 10) Say you catch another staff member abusing their perks, what would you do? I would report the incident to a higher up staff member immideatly, and try to get the staff member to stop the abuse before an admin can come handle the situation. 11) A spam bots come onto the server, how would you deal with them? I would hopefully ip ban, however if I do not have permissions I would ban the players one at a time. 12) Someone's not abiding by the chat rules, how would you punish them? I would first warn the user, and if the rule breaking continues, I would mute the player. It all depends on if the server warns players or not. 13) People are verbally abusing you in chat, how would you deal with that? I would mute the player or ask them to calm down. If they say I falsely banned a player I would explain how I didn't. If they are spamming they deserve a mute. I would try to go about the situation calm and collectively.
