I'm trying to remove vanilla's spawn protection for my server, but when I check the server.properties file, it has a 'no' sign (the circle and the diagonal line). How do I access this file?

So I'm making a mining server and my testing partner LofiBoi can't mine.

But when I deop myself, they can mine.

So when I'm opped, they can't mine.

But when I'm not, they can mine.

Have you seen this happen before?
