[People are getting Automatically opped when Joining my server]

I'm not sure why this would happen as players should only become operators if you run the command /op (username) on them you can deop them by doing:

 

/deop (username)

if you haven't got a plugin like Core Protect or a backup saved of your server Before the grief happened then no you cannot get anything back that was destroyed

use /op (username) which will give you every permission you need. You own the server already if you made it on your account

the only way to see the logs is by going into your files and finding latest.log. There is not other way to see "more"
