Hey there the monthly plan takes the credits out every month. It is telling you it has cost you 12 credits per day for your plan (12x30 = 360)

"op username" into your online panel and press the "Send" button

(no speech marks)

 

this will give you every permission.

I would suggest trying to get the file size down by perhaps deleting parts of the world that aren't particularly important. If not then you cannot upload this world
