I click on the backups tab and it only shows 1 backup and I can't or don't know how to access the old ones.

My server completely wiped itself I didn't do anything with the world just out of nowhere server was gone. I was also having problems going on the server it would say couldn't connect to the server I tried more then 10 times then I waited like 5 hours then it works but it has nothing. Can I get my world back?
