[Can't download world]

I'm trying to download a backup of my server's world, but when I try to run the command it just says "failed to upload file." there was also a weird issue of us getting kicked earlier today, not sure if that is related. Anyone else having this issue? Thanks

This happened to me an hour ago too. I think it happened to quite a few people judging by the forums.

There have been some major problems with file.io (the external provider used to download and upload files on Minehut). While we wait for the issue to be fixed, there isn't a lot we can do except keep trying.

Today my I got disconnected with lag and when I log back on, the world is completely new. I lost all my progress, and it seems a few other people are having the same issue. I tried downloading the world a few days ago and got the "failed to upload" notification.

 

Could this have something to do with file.io? If so, will I be able to get my world back? I worked really hard on it

I really hope they have a backup!!! It just happened to my server too.

I have two servers, and when I open my dashboard, the first one shows but the second constantly loads and won't appear for me to be able to activate it. I thought it may be a problem with chrome, but the same thing happens on microsoft edge. Very strange that I can see and activate my first server, but the second just won't load. Any suggestions?
