    To add a plugin to your server, upload the .jar file to the Plugins folder on File Manager and Restart the server.

    Go to the minehut panel (https://minehut.com/dashboard) > Start your server > Type /gamerule randomTickSpeed 3 in the console area (under Server Command) and click Send.

    Run the command /worlds and click the world you want to teleport to. If you want to spawn in that world follow these steps:
    Go to the minehut panel (https://minehut.com/dashboard) > Click the Edit Server button > Go to the Settings tab > Type the name of the world under Level Name, click save and restart your server.

    I don't think it's possible to force a resource pack, but you can use skript to do it.

    You can create a report here if you have evidence. I suggest you to restore the server to the latest backup.
    Go the minehut panel https://minehut.com/dashboard, click "edit server", then go to the "backups" section and click "restore server".
