Usually these types of things aren't too hard to make in skript, however they do require a pretty good knowledge of skript. I'd recommend giving that a go before you use a plugin, plus, if you are on the 12 plugin limit, you need to make the most of every slot and a (relatively) easy skript to make could save slots for your server.

Check there arent any other plugins required to load the plugin, E.G Vault or ProtocolLib, If that doesnt work reply to this. Hope this helps

I dont think there is a way to add minecraft mods made for forge, into skript or onto your minehut server, You could always try skripting some sort of mod but it'll be very hard to make something like E.G: a furniture mod in skript or even impossible.
