Alright, thank y'all!

I very frequently get chat messages in my server that promote the websites of the creators of the plugins I use. They pop up about every 10 seconds or so. These are very distracting and take up a lot of space in the chat --bumping up player messages so that they always go unread-- and blocking a portion of the left side of my screen. Does anyone know if there is any way that I can get rid of them? Or at least put these messages on some sort of slow-mode, or give them a cool-down period? I don't want to turn off the chat, as like I said before, I use it to communicate with my friends... Thank you to anyone in advance!
