  2. Hi there,

I suggest resetting the world by going to "File Manager" and deleting the folders "world", "world_nether" and "world_the_end" (when the server isn't online) and try to start up the server.

If this didn't help, contact support here then click on "Contact Support" on that page and explain the issue.

    Why

    Hello!

If you think you have been falsely punished, please appeal here.

Please watch how many capitals letters you use in lobby advertisement/chat messages.

  3. Hello!

It's safe to update to 1.17 but please keep in mind that only new chunks will contain stuff from the 1.17 update, additionally it is not safe to downgrade from 1.17 back to 1.16.5.

  4. Hi there @ureuipoa,

I suggest resetting the world (as you tried to load a world made in a newer version on a older version) by going to "File Manager" and deleting the folders "world", "world_nether" and "world_the_end" (when the server isn't online) and try to start up the server.

Also, install "Essentials" and "Vault" as some of your plugins require them to operate.

Additionally, delete "lifesteal-smp-plugin-1.6.4.0.jar" as that plugin seems to be broken/causing errors in your console.

If this didn't help, contact support here then click on "Contact Support" on that page and explain the issue.

  5. @ureuipoa Can you send your server logs here in a pastebin after this happens? There is most likely a error that it's causing this to happen.

    How?

    1. Go to Panel > File Manager > Logs > latest.log.

    2. Select all the file contents and copy them.

    3. Now you can paste the logs where you want. If you want to send them to someone else go to pastebin then paste everything in there, click on create new paste, then copy the link of the page and send the link of the page.

i dont really know what happens cuz its no always when someone joins either cuz the last thing said is when it crashed

Hmm, weird. I would suggest making a support ticket here then clicking on "Contact Support" on the page linked so that your server can be looked into.

CloudFront cannot connect to origins with invalid certificates. You have a few options:

    • You can configure your distribution to connect to your backed on http only.
    • Put an ELB/ALB in front of your instance and terminate the TLS on the Balancer. You can use Amazon Certificate manager to create a certificate for free.
    • Purchase a certificate from a 3rd party and use it on your instance.

I met this issue some time before. The request blocked by CloudFront.

    Please check this list:

CDN domain added in Cloudfront Alternate Domain Names. Once you add CDN domain to Cloudfront, you can select CloudFront endpoint without typing

WAF (if any) does not block your request

    Check Http and Https

    Hi there,

Necroposting, or replying on posts that haven’t been replied to in over a month is not allowed, unless the post is still relevant such as an active giveaway or a tutorial post.

But it seems like this post doesn't meet those requirements, could a staff lock this please?

  8. Hi there,

Seems like from the provided logs that a few of your plugins are broken/out-of-date.

Try to remove the following plugins and restart the server:

    • skDragon
    • Tablisknu

Also, go to your file manager then go to Plugins/Skript and delete the materials.json file and restart the server.

If this didn't help, please resend your logs and I'll have another look.
