  1. Hello @MicroPennie,

If you didn't do anything, your account is probably compromised/hacked. I would advise that you change your Mojang/Microsoft password and appeal here (if that link doesn't work, go here then "Contact Support").

NOTE: Support hasn't got a "Appeals/Reports" category yet, set the following:

    Issue Category: "Other"
Minecraft Name: your username/ign (in game name)
Minecraft Type: Java (or bedrock if you are appealing a ban on a Bedrock account)
    Minecraft Version: N/A
    Client Mods: N/A
Server where Issue Occurs: Not Server Related
Issue Details: Explain that you are making a appeal and explain what you did and why you should be unbanned.

So i bought credits yesterday and now everything is removed including the plan i purchased and the plugins

So heres what im thinking I most definently deserve a refund since it was server problems that caused this.

Im demanding a 800 credit refund to my account

Since you technically scammed me by removing the stuff i bought yesterday for 5 bucks!

We had database issues last night, make a support ticket here > "Contact Support" or email support@minehut.com directly.

  3. Hi there, I'm gonna try and explain this for you.

Essentially, Minehut proxy commands (/hub, /lobby, /msg, /r, etc) are commands made by your "parents" and anything made by you (your server) is the "child".

The commands made by the "parents" (Minehut) cannot be overridden by the "child" (your server).

While not the best way to explain this, I couldn't think of a way to word it.

Please let me know if a better explanation is needed.

  4. Hello there @Invisible_Potatobo,

Mentioning server names in public chat counts as Server Advertisement which isn't allowed unless you use /ad or you /msg them the name with their permission, therefore this counts as a fair punishment as you broke one of our rules.

Feel free to appeal here then click on "Contact Support" and then set the following:

    • "Issue Category" to "Other".
    • "Minecraft Type" to "Java".
    • "Minecraft Version" to "N/A".
    • "Client Mods" to "N/A".
    • "Server Where Issue Occurs" to "Not Server Related".

And explain that you are making a appeal with your username, the reason why you were punished and why you wish to be unpunished.

Ensure that you put in detail in your appeal and not to miss anything, everything will be checked when your appeal gets reviewed.

  5. Hi there @monkydonky1,

Your account was probably compromised to spam the lobbies or otherwise break Minehut's rules without your permission, I would suggest making a appeal here then click on "Contact Support" on that page and explain that you are making an appeal.

Please watch what you click on and who you trust with your account login details to help avoid this happening again, I would also suggest using a password generator to make a secure password.

  6. Hello there @DiamondSpear,

To get rid of the entities, type the below in console and press "ENTER" while not joining the server and the panel is showing your server as "Online".

    minecraft:kill @e

Another way to stop your server from repeatly crashing from this, is to use the latest backup of your server by using the "Backups" option which you can find on your panel.

In the case that your issue is still not resolved, please make a support ticket by going here then clicking on "Contact Support" on the page linked.

    Hey!

As Houlton already said this bug has been recorded on GitHub and MinehutMeta however if you want to download your world you can slo do it with a simple in-game command.

First type /worlds and select the world you want to download. This will teleport you to the desired world. Then type /dl world. This will take a while but once its done you will recieve a file.io link from which you can then download your world. Another way to download your world using an ingame command is /dl world <worldname>. For example /dl world world_nether.

    Good luck! :))

    Those commands have been removed.

  8. Hmm @maxybuild,

Can you verify that this option is off (like the image, go to your panel > edit server > settings)?

    force-gamemode.png.9524fa8a065eb0572d7b219f5fcba573.png

Also, can you verify that the option is "false" in your server.properties file (go to panel > edit server > file manager > server.properties)?

    force-gamemode-2.png.c484644a21f92b1a45f75ba2c7f516fa.png

If they are not, then set them to how they are in the images above.

Please note: after changing any server settings, you need to restart the server.

If this didn't help, please contact support here and click on "Contact Support" on the page linked.

  9. Hello there @Hzan27,

Bedrock players username start with "*", so for example I would run "/whitelist add *Houlton" to whitelist myself if I was playing Bedrock.

If you can't whitelist them and your getting the error "That player does not exist", unwhitelist the server, get the player on, whitelist again and then add the player to the whitelist.
