To add, you probably typed in chat during a bot attack and banned you while looking though message of bots to ban, like @Visor said, please try and appeal. -
Hi there, As far that I am aware, there is no way of downloading a world with spaces unless you have a back-up already. Not sure if support can help you in this matter, try and contact them here.

Hi there, If you already changed the seed, make sure you deleted the world folder(s) (world, world_the_end, world_nether) in the "File Explorer". If you already deleted the world folder(s) (world, world_the_end, world_nether), please contact support here (make sure your signed-in to your Minehut account otherwise you will be asked to sign-in).

Is there a way to change the version to an earlier one?

Hi there, There is no way of changing a version on a Minehut server. -
Hi there, There's nothing you or the support team can do unless you have a backup of the world, maybe try reinstalling the plugin? But, other then that, you will have to restart everything, as Minehut does not store any backups of any of their player-hosted servers.

Hi there, Do you have any plugins on your server? You can only use @p only if there's no plugins and/or you are using the plain commands that you get before installing a plugin, hope this made sense.

Hi there, Let me ask a few questions: Did you set a spawn point via /setworldspawn or sleep in a bed? Did the world name get changed? We've been getting reports regarding this. Are you sure you are using the right server? I hope I can help you further if needed.

Hi there, Looking at the errors, looks like this plugin or the dependencies need updating by the Minehut team, please make a thread here. Also, if you want KeepInventory on, do "/gamerule keepInventory true", not sure what your friends mean by "vanilla version of KeepInventory".

Hi there, While I am not 100% sure, I think the 7 day cooldown was added to avoid people from "taking over" panel accounts by unlinking the owner's account and readding their own account. While this can be a pain, it's there's for a reason.

Hi there, This issue should of been fixed a while ago since Minehut had moved to a different file hosting, however if this is still happening, keep trying and if this is still happening after a while, I would suggest contacting support here.

Hello there, In this event, I would suggest contacting Minehut support here if you don't have a backup. If you have a backup of the world, upload to your server, change the default world in "Server Settings" to the uploaded world then restart.
