This error tends to mean that your server ran out of RAM and the server forcefully stopped. I would suggest reducing the amount of plugins you are using and/or move plugins to Skript.

It sounds like you are asking how to keep strangers off your server, this is simple.

You need to access your server's console by going to minehut.com/dashboard > "Activate/Manage Server" then "Continue" if you are activating your server. You should be on your server's dashboard where the IP is visible. Scroll down until you find "Whitelist" and enable it then click on "Save Changes" and then scroll up and click on "Restart" then click "Yes".

Hmm, after reviewing your plugin list and the fact that it's "crashing randomly" it could be because the server ran out of RAM and got instant killed.

I would start moving your plugin over to Skript and see if that's improves.

In order to find your server's console:

1. Go to your server dashboard.
2. Activate your server if it isn't activated already.
3. Click on "Continue", you should now be where you can modify your server name, server version, etc.
4. Look for the green highlighted tab where it says "SETTINGS" and click on "CONSOLE".
5. Scroll down until you see "Enter Command", you can use this to execute any command via the server.

Please note, CONSOLE does NOT need a slash (/) when executing commands from it (eg: use "op yourname" and not "/op yourname" when using console, otherwise use a /).

When you change a server plan, a 1 hour timer will start before the server is forcefully restarted to apply the plan.

Also, restarting does NOT reset progress on the server. That is called a reset. A restart is when a server is turned off and back on.

Alright, let's start with basic debug steps.

What plugins do you have? Use the File Manager (click on "plugins") to obtain this (list all files ending with .jar in this folder) and send it as a reply here.

Also, if you have Skript check all your scripts for any infinite loops (while loops, etc) and add a wait for these if they don't already.

I'll provide more steps when I'm provided when I provided with a plugin list, maybe a conflict between plugins or another issue which is not allowing the server to log the error.

Because the world was generated on a newer version (1.18.2), you cannot use that world on a older version (1.17).

All commands in CONSOLE automatically start with a / therefore you don't need to add / when running commands via the console.

For example, run op chanix03 and not /op chanix03 when running commands using the console.

Only ingame commands requires a / at the start of the command.

At this time, Minehut doesn't support custom server JARs. Your best bet is to look for a plugin that helps with KB customization.

I cannot give you a suggestion of what plugin to use (as I personally never had to customize KB), but there are a few out there to help with the KB customization if you look around.
