Your account was probably compromised/hacked to spam the lobbies or otherwise break Minehut's rules without your permission/knowledge, I would suggest making a appeal here or emailing support@minehut.com if you cannot submit the form.

Bedrock players username start with ".", so for example I would run "/whitelist add .Houlton" to whitelist myself if I was playing Bedrock.

If you can't whitelist them and your getting the error "That player does not exist", unwhitelist the server, get the player on, whitelist again and then add the player to the whitelist.
