I am trying to look at some files in my server's settings but it does not let me access certain ones. Is there any way I can circumvent this and take a look at them? To be more specific, I am trying to access the files for Paper Spigot because I think it is causing an issue with the experience system.

My server is, as far as I know, normal vanilla Minecraft with no plugins whatsoever, but the game seems to have nerfed enchanting and the Experience system compared to other servers and singleplayer worlds. Are there any edits default to a Minehut server that might affect this?
