Hi there,
Unfortunately, you cannot change your server version. However you can allow older versions of the game to join the server using a plugin. The plugin is called ProtocolSupport and you can install it under the plugins tab. Here is a step by step tutorial by Minehut on how to do install it:

Hi there,
After reseting your server there is unfortunately no way to recover it. If you have a backup world save, you can always reupload it to Minehut. Sorry about your server.

Hi there,
If you were muted by Minehut staff you can appeal your punishment here. Use this guide, to format your appeal request correctly: 
If you were muted by the staff of the individual server you were on, you will need to contact the server administrators about the punishment.
