i have an active whitelist, and i added someone to it, but somehow its not letting them in. i double checked their username, and they also double checked the ip, and it was all correct. ive also tried removing and adding them again, but it still doesnt work :(

im having this same problem, and its still not letting my server start. ive tried to start it from both the minehut lobby and the website, but when i go to check on it, it still says "hibernating".
