well i installed a plugin called 'carz' and i was uning it for an hour or so and then i realised that when you open chests it says 'you open this container silently' and there is no sound and no animation for the chest, so i shift clicked it and it got stuck open, i rejoined and it was back to normal but when i uninstalled the plugin it was still there. after all this i tried to install another plugin, but big surprise it didn't work and now i can't install/ uninstall any plugins can anybody help
