When I vote it doesn't seam to give me credits and i need this bug to be fixed as fast as the staff can since i need to hold up the server. Please fix this bug, I really need these 720 monthly credits.

I installed the plugin jukebox, yet when i execute the command /plugins, it doesnt show up. Furthermore, none of the commands such as "/music" are working and say "Unknown Command. Also, it doesnt show up in the Files\Plugins folder. Please help.

Hopper Transfer Speed

I would like to change the item transfer speed of hoppers. I searched up online and most pages said theres an option in spigot.yml for that. I looked in my dashboard and i didnt have access to spigot.yml. Are there any other ways that i can change the hopper speed or a way that i can get into spigot.yml?
