      It depends what you're going for:

      If you're thinking about allowing players to make their own shops, I recommend ChestShop. It's quite common on servers and pretty easy to set up/use.

      Shop is also a good shop plugin, which you can use GUIs, signs, commands, etc. I haven't tested this one out much but it looks neat.

      You can always make your own GUI shop with Skript, too.
