The reason it's disabled is because of a exploit used by certain users. If and when the exploit is patched, you should be able to use it. Currently it can only be used in the lobbies for online servers.

Minehut only supports premium accounts (Real and paid for.) If you want to use Minehut you're going to need a premium account.

Yes, 0 tick farms are disabled. Unfortunately you aren't able to re enable them.

My server says it doesn't have the existing world that I am on :(

When you upload a world, the world name will begin with "ul_". For example, if you named your world myWorld, try doing "/world ul_myWorld" -
Put your server into hibernation, and try starting it back up. You can do this through the danger zone of the panel.

Minehut does have a API you can use in Javascript, example: http://prntscr.com/pxfvkm If you want to explore more about the API, check out the only doc I could find @ https://api.bennydoesstuff.me/ (Note that this API is outdated and authentication requests may not work)

Vault is a API which handles money and chat, make sure you have a plugin which actually uses Vault's API. An example of this would be the plugin Essentials which will add the commands /money, /balance, etc. Also be sure to restart your server after both Vault and Essentials are installed!

You said you typed "/op bigcowpadilla" in console right? be sure to not add any / to commands through console as it automatically does it for you. Also do you have any sort of permissions manager? (PermissionsEx, Group Manager, Luckperms, etc)?
